Confirm Submissions with Thank You


Few things strike fear in the Internet’s heart like a checkout page or form that gives no indication that things went through successfully. Ensure that you have a thank you message in place to confirm that the transaction or submission was successful! This not only prevents duplicates that cost you money and make a bad impression on the customer, but also shows your gratitude. Plus, you can include a CTA for a next action, whether it’s your mailing list, a related product, or a free download.
